Do you see patients nationwide?
Yes! As a 100% telehealth practice, we serve patients across the United States. All consultations are conducted virtually, and labs/treatments are shipped directly to you.
What should I expect from my first consultation?
Your initial consultation is typically 30-45 minutes. We'll review your health history, current symptoms, goals, and discuss which testing and protocols make sense for you. This consultation is complimentary.
How quickly can I be seen?
Most patients can schedule their first consultation within 2-5 business days. We offer flexible scheduling including early morning and evening appointments.
What if I have questions between appointments?
All membership tiers include messaging access to your provider. Foundation and Optimization members have bi-weekly or weekly check-ins respectively.
Do you accept insurance?
Our memberships are not covered by insurance, but we can provide documentation for HSA/FSA reimbursement. Some lab work may be billable to insurance.
