Requirements: MD or DO, active state license(s), board certified (preferred), interest in functional/integrative medicine
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Remote • Full-Time or Part-Time
Provide expert care in hormone optimization, metabolic health, and wellness protocols. Work with motivated patients committed to optimal health.
Requirements: FNP or AGACNP, active state license(s), prescriptive authority, 2+ years experience (preferred)
Physician Assistant (PA-C)

Health Coach / Care Coordinator
